Are you a first- or second-year doctoral student looking for a supportive academic community that understands your journey? The Sista Circle Mentorship Program 2026–2027 is now accepting applications from eligible doctoral students enrolled in research-based universities across the United States.
Organized by Cohort Sistas, the Sista Circle Mentorship Program is a premier initiative dedicated to improving the success, retention, and leadership development of historically underrepresented doctoral students—particularly Black women and nonbinary scholars. The program combines mentorship, professional development, and community-building to help participants thrive academically and professionally.
If you’re ready to connect with experienced mentors and a network of scholars who share similar experiences, this is an opportunity you shouldn’t miss.
