Residents become part of a small, highly collaborative cohort where they work alongside senior policy advisors and Roosevelt Institute researchers to produce practical policy recommendations that can influence public debate and future legislation.

The programme forms part of the Roosevelt Institute’s broader Good Life Agenda, which seeks to improve economic security, reduce inequality, increase incomes, and create stronger public institutions.
